Trucking Physical Damage Insurance is coverage for your truck and trailer. This insurance coverage is for repair or replacement for damage resulting from things such as collision, fire, theft, hail, windstorm, earthquake, flood, mischief, or vandalism to your owned vehicles. Pricing is based on the value of your equipment and usually pays a percentage of that value. We would advise putting Physical Damage on every piece of equipment even if the equipment is only worth the $1000 deductible. If you insured the piece of equipment for Physical Damage then it is automatically covered for towing for a covered cause of loss. Trailer Interchange is the legal liability coverage for damage to a non-owned trailer and its equipment.
